La Chèvre d’Or Menu

A legendary Michelin-starred restaurant which opened in 1954 with outstanding chefs who have succeeded each other. La Chèvre d’Or serves an inspirational seasonal menu, to be enjoyed in breathtakingly beautiful surroundings.

La Chèvre d’Or Wine Selection

As far as wines are concerned, Philippe Magne, our head sommelier who, every year since 1990, has drawn up a very balanced wine list where top wines such as Château Yquem 1944, Château Lafite Rothschild 1918, and Château Margaux 1947, can be found alongside wines from producers who are less well known but who produce wines of equal quality.

Ably assisted by Mathieu Selier, he will let you into the secrets of their shared passion.

Philippe is the custodian of a treasure trove of approximately 15,000 bottles, which he strives to enrich each year with new acquisitions.
